• You will learn just over 250 signs and symbols from the Core Vocabulary (covering stages 1-4 and the additional vocabulary)
• Theory covers research into sign and symbol use, symbol design themes, the use and purpose of Makaton and an overview of alternative systems of communication

Delegates will receive a participant manual, Pocket Books including all the signs from the foundation course and a certificate of attendance. Lunch and all other refreshments will be provided
