Weekly admin time, supervision sessions, daily contact with experienced therapists, regular CPD, and an allocated NQP buddy for new graduates.

You’ll shape your own caseload across universal, targeted and specialist support, working directly with schools and settings to create high-impact therapy.

Access a range of internal and external training to support your clinical and career development. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead training if that’s your thing.
