You will:
- Manage a complex and diverse caseload in educational settings, driving forward service excellence.
- Develop and lead innovative universal, targeted, and specialist service approaches.
- Shape the future by mentoring newly qualified staff and supervising a dynamic therapy team.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: at least 3 years in paediatric SLT, with a background in educational settings.
- Qualifications: a recognized SLT qualification and registration with HCPC / RCSLT.
- Skills: adept at managing complex cases, with a whole-school approach, and excellent communication skills.
- Drive: a passion for service development and quality improvement.
Term time only salary, ranging from £30,404 to £40,962 depending on experience (35 hours p/week, 39 weeks p/year). There is 1 full time post or several part time posts available (minimum 3.5 days per week), to include 1 weekly session for admin purposes.
