You will:
- Manage a complex and diverse caseload in educational settings, driving forward service excellence.
- Develop and lead innovative universal, targeted, and specialist service approaches.
- Shape the future by mentoring newly qualified staff and supervising a dynamic therapy team.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: at least 3 years in paediatric SLT/OT, with a background in educational settings.
- Qualifications: a recognized SLT/OT qualification and registration with HCPC and RCSLT/RCOT
- Skills: adept at managing complex cases, with a whole-school approach, and excellent communication skills.
- Drive: a passion for service development and quality improvement.
Term time only salary from Sept 2025, ranging from £32,985 to £42,868 depending on experience (35 hours p/week, 39 weeks p/year). There are full time posts and part time posts available (minimum 3.5 days per week), to include 1 weekly session for admin purposes.
We have a growing demand for SEN settings and would welcome any candidates looking for an SEN-specific role with us. Our SEN service to special schools and mainstream settings is well established and you would have the opportunity to work alongside some exceptional senior and experienced SEN staff.
