We are a large, thriving independent practice in the West Midlands area, offering a bespoke speech and language / occupational therapy service to nurseries, primary and secondary schools (Mainstream and Specialist Provision) as well as colleges. You will:
- Work with a diverse caseload in mainstream and specialist settings.
- Be a part of innovative universal, targeted, and specialist service approaches.
- Be assigned a supervisor and mentor to guide you through your competency year.
- Regularly work alongside senior and experienced therapy staff to develop both clinical and caseload management skills.
- Have access to Clinical Lead staff to support you with clinical work you may not have experienced on placement
All Newly Qualified Clinicians:
- Receive a ‘Therapist’s starter kit’
- Have HCPC registration paid for
- Have a wealth of physical and digital clinical resources at your fingertips
What we’re looking for:
- A recognised SLT qualification
- Registration with HCPC / RCSLT
Salary from £25,564.00 for term time only (35 hours p/week, 39 weeks per year) and rises to £27,647.00 on completion of competencies.
